This lovely 2025 crop coffee sourced from the Simbu province in Papua new Guinea has put a smile on our faces and our taste-buds! The coffee has been exported by Kongo Coffee, a local indigenous owned company which focuses on supporting community groups by providing access to healthcare and education for growers and their families.
The coffees in this grading category are predominantly produced by village small-holders year round and delivered to the mill for processing.

We are getting great results with 21.4 grams DOSE / 42.3 grams YIELD in around 29 seconds. We are tasting chocolate, red fruits and molasses.
MILK BASED
Following the same recipe with the incorporation of Norco CAPO milk, we are tasting sweet malt and praline.
