Established alongside our cafe in 2008, the Espresso Machine Servicing Department flew under the radar as a small attachment to our roastery. Our new and improved servicing hub has made it even easier to have your machine and/or grinder serviced.
We specialise in servicing a broad range of manual European manufactured espresso machines and grinders and have a comprehensive supply of spare parts in store (see below for the full list of machines and grinders that we service).
service bookings & hours
Please note that we do not currently take bookings for servicing. The Servicing Department runs on a ‘first in, first served’ basis, unless you opt for Express Service (see below for further information).

7:00am – 2:30pm (TUES – FRI)
7:00am – 1:00pm (SAT)

EXPRESS SERVICE* $70.00
*EXPRESS SERVICE will ensure your machine is completed within 3 business days. We can only offer a 3-day turn around in the same week if your machine is delivered to us on a Tuesday. Otherwise it will be 3 days and then the next business day.
All servicing is charged in 15 minute blocks – all pricing includes GST.

$125.00 inc. GST
Inclusions:
- Clean group head
- Fit new group seal
- Inspect O-ring and replace (if required)
- Fit new shower (if required)
- Lube steam tap
- Inspect steam shaft Teflon gasket and replace (if required)
- Inspect steam shaft O-rings and replace (if required)
- Check and set in-built grinder (if relevant)
- Test with coffee, adjust pressure if required, backwash
- Clean body panels
Not included and extra (if required):
- Replacement Over Pressure Valves (OPV), pump or solenoids
- Filter or water lines
- Switches, wiring, lights or thermostats
- PID controllers
- Descaling

terms and conditions
- The recommended service interval is 12 months.
- Unless advised otherwise, we assume that when undertaking general service work on your equipment, it is in working order and electrically safe.
- We have a zero cockroach (INSECT) policy. If we find live insects in your machine, we will bag the machine, spray it and return it to you.
- Unless you opt for an EXPRESS SERVICE, please allow 7 – 14 working days for your equipment to be serviced. We will provide an indication of a current turnaround time when you sign your equipment in to be serviced. Should you have any queries with regards to the progress of your equipment service, please email service@nelicoffee.com.au and quote your booking number.
- We will repair or service your equipment without quotation to the value of $400. If we are undertaking an annual scheduled service, we will repair at the agreed service fee, and then up to $400 total (if required) without contacting you.
- Please note that many equipment faults can be as a result of several issues, and we will often need to address one fault before we can move on to the next.
- All service work completed has a 90 day warranty from the date of service. Failure of components other than those serviced, as well as consumable parts, are not covered by our service warranty. No warranty is provided on component failure due to scale damage or incorrect use.
