ESPRESSO
We are getting great results with 20.0 grams DOSE / 40 grams YIELD in around 30 seconds. We get a silky, juicy mouthfeel with notes of white nectarine, white grapes and grapefruit.
MILK BASED
With full cream milk, try 20.0 grams DOSE / 40 grams YIELD in around 28 seconds. We are tasting poached pear, shortbread and vanilla ice cream.
