Our coffee capsules are back in stock and they are amazing!

Regular aluminium and plastic capsules can take from 150-500 years to breakdown in landfill, that’s way too long! Instead our capsules are 100% certified home compostable and are manufactured from natural resources. They can be easily disposed of in your compost bin at home or in your council supplied green waste bin.

We have spent countless hours developing a capsule that we think tastes amazing, however there are a few tricks to getting the best out of them which we would like to share.

1. They are Nespresso* compatible only and we find they work best in Morning,  Delonghi and Breville machines.
2. You will also find the capsules work best in machines that have a manual lever to insert and release them.
3. We recommend keeping your shots short. If you want a long black then add hot water to your cup first and then pour 1 to 2 capsules over the top. We don’t recommend doing long shots where you basically run all the water through the capsules. The same applies if you’re drinking an espresso, try tasting the coffee from a short shot versus a long shot and see which you prefer.

We highly recommend the Morning capsule machine which we sell in store. All of our tastings have been done on the Morning machine and we find the best result is at 94c extraction with 32g yield and no bloom (pre-infusion). We are tasting dark chocolate, roasted nuts and toffee.

Our capsules come in box lots of 20. All outer packaging is recyclable cardboard.
