Neli Signature was the first blend we created back in 2008. Our aim was to craft a versatile blend that would work across a range of brewing options. We worked with Arabica’s from PNG, Sumatra and Colombia and experimented with roast profiles and flavours until we found a combination we were happy with. We think this blend works well across a number of brew methods. As an espresso you should find a good level of acidity upfront, medium buttery body with caramel notes, and a smooth chocolate aftertaste. In milk based coffees, the flavours will be dominated by malt, caramel and chocolate.
