About the product

The green coffees produced by Nunes Coffee farms are recognized among the finest in the world. They have earned both national and international acclaim, including winning the prestigious Cup of Excellence (COE) in 2015 – an achievement that reflects their commitment to daily dedication, innovative practices, and cutting-edge technology. The Chapadao Farm in Brazil is known for its natural aerobic processing, which involves fermenting coffee cherries in an oxygen-rich environment for 12-36 hours. The farm’s dedication to producing high-quality coffee is evident in their use of advanced technologies and their focus on the unique flavours. Under the guidance of his father, Gabriel continues to lead with a vision for the future, confident that the Nunes Coffee brand still has much to contribute to the specialty coffee market in Brazil and beyond.

Brew Guides & Tasting Notes

ESPRESSO

We are getting great results with 21.4 grams DOSE / 42.5 grams YIELD in around 32-35 seconds. We are tasting sweet vanilla, nougat and cocoa with a mild acidity.

MILK BASED

With milk, we found this coffee to shine as a double shot with a slightly shorter extraction. We tried a 21.5 gram DOSE / 35.3 gram YIELD in around 30-31 seconds and tasted baker’s chocolate and malt biscuit.
