Not to take away from this lovely Ethiopian but this is a just a quick stop gap whilst we wait for some amazing Colombian coffees which are on their way. We will most likely only have this coffee on for a month or two. Very easy to drink, super balanced with prominent notes of black tea and lemon.

As a pour-over using the (recommended) recipe below, we are tasting sweet lemon, black tea & lavender
Our recommended recipe follows a 1:15 ratio (i.e., 15g coffee : 225g 94°C water) – it is also worth noting that in order to get the best out of this coffee we recommended drinking it black (i.e., without the addition of milk).
