Neli Signature Blend Coffee Beans

Neli Signature was the first blend we created back in 2008. Our aim was to craft a versatile blend that would work across a range of brewing options. We worked with Arabica’s from PNG, Sumatra and Colombia and experimented with roast profiles and flavours until we found a combination we were happy with.

We think this blend works well across a number of brew methods.

Brew Guides and Tasting Notes

ESPRESSO

We are getting great results with 21.0 grams DOSE / 40 grams YIELD in around 30 seconds. We get a full bodied coffee with notes of chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts.

MILK BASED

With full cream milk, try 21.5 grams DOSE / 40 grams YIELD in around 30 seconds. Again the milk chocolate notes dominate here and are followed by sweet caramel and roasted almonds.
