Product Description

Apart from being in a perfect climatic and geographic region to grow coffee, the Los Andes farm employs a bio-sensitive approach to producing coffee. They conserve water use and encourage natural fauna on the farm. Following hand picking, the cherry and pulp is removed without a fermentaion phase and the beans are then dried on raised beds.

The natural process leads to a cup with winey, citrus notes up front, cherry and chocolate through the middle and a nice rich finish.
