Surrounded by 900 hectares with forests, environmental protection areas and 51 springs, coffees from the plantation are spread over more than 650 hectares. Among the 69 Terroirs of Fazenda Rio Verde, the best 32 were chosen to be part of the Premier Cru. The varieties are only Yellow Catuai, Yellow Bourbon and Red Acaia with a minimum altitude of 1,000 meters. From an outstanding milling facility with an abundance of technology, only the best coffees are released for sale.
In the cup you can expect an excellent balance with a bright acidity and notes of peach and toffee.
