El Salvador Finca San Antonio Bourbon HONEY PROCESS – FILTER
From farm owner Sandra Carolina Castro de Guillen comes this amazing Bourbon Honey coffee. Finca San Antonio has been in the family for more than 100 years with the current farm custodians being the 5th generation of growers. Many changes have occurred over the 100 years, most recently in 2016 when they made the switch from commercial coffee to specialty coffee.
The farm currently grows Bourbon, Pacamara and has a small holding of Geisha, SL28, Tabi and Java Mocha which were all planted in 2018. This particular coffee is a Bourbon and has been processed as Hydo-Honey.
We have specifically roasted for filter applications and the coffee is only available as a whole bean.
