Our newest blend which has quickly become one of our favourites. A combination of Ethiopian, Colombian and Guatemalan light to medium roasted washed Arabicas which we have found to be excellent across a number of brew options. As an espresso you should find a lively acidity upfront, smooth buttery body and a sweet malty finish. As a filter coffee the acidity will continue to shine through and you should get lots of body and caramel sweetness. In milk based drinks the malt flavours dominate with a milk chocolate sweetness in the aftertaste.
