We developed this blend sometime ago after continued requests for a strong, dark roasted , full bodied coffee that would work well with automatic machines. Forte Nero, as the name suggests is not for the faint hearted. Taken into second crack, this is a blend of Brazil and Ethiopian (both Natural process) and a small amount of Indian Monsooned Robusta. Lots of body, bittersweet with a bakers chocolate finish.
You will note we have limited grind options on this coffee as we believe it is best suited to certain brew methods, in particular automatic espresso machines.
