The Candelaria Estate lies around 40 kilometers to the North West of San Jose in the Province of Alajuela, central Costa Rica. This 60 hectare family run farm was originally established by Otto Kloeti in 1965 and to this day, produces high quality coffees at an altitude of 1250 MASL in rich volcanic soil.
Will suit espresso or filter applications, in the cup we are tasting rich jammy apricot, balanced acidity with a dark chocolate finish.
