Farmed by Edilberto Vergara in Acevedo (Huila), this wonderful coffee was hand picked, fermented for 38hrs and then sun dried for 12 days. In the cup the first thing you notice is a bright green apple acidity, a watermelon freshness and then a dominant sweet brown sugar finish. We recommend this coffee be consumed as an espresso, a filter, or in short milk based drinks.
