Hand picked, fermented for 36hrs and then sun dried for 15-20 days on African raised beds, this has quickly become one of our favourite coffees. In the cup the first thing you notice upfront is juicy tropical fruit notes with a vibrant (but not overpowering) acidity, a balanced sugarcane and jam sweetness and a pleasant mouthfeel to finish off. We recommend this coffee be consumed as an espresso, a filter, or in short milk based drinks. Good luck just drinking one!
